Cancellation Policy Our office hours book up quickly and we often have to turn away sick patients due to a heavy schedule. Please be considerate of other patients and contact us in advance should you need to cancel your appointment. New patient appointment cancellations must be received by our office reception 1 week before the date of your appointment or a $350.00 fee will apply. Follow-up appointment cancellations must be received by our reception 48 hours before the date of your appointment or a $350.00 fee will apply. Cancellations must be phone into our main reception number.

This off-site, budget friendly option provides a whole house action plan for you DIY types.

Email us 3 or 4 photos of each room in question, allow 1 week for turnaround, and receive your very own action plan via email. If you have questions at any point after receiving the action plan, unlimited emails and a 20 minute follow up call are included.

So you’re just not sure what hiring an organizer is like and can't believe they charge so $#@* much.  Or maybe you're basically organized, except for that one pantry, cabinet or linen closet. You know, that one you really hope guests don’t open for fear of an avalanche.

We will spend half of the time teaching you strategies and organizing principles, then you’ll get to see what it’s like to have a professional organizer whip your space into shape. A (very) small space can be finished, or we can help you get a jump on a larger room.

In-home consultation and action plan:  Just want some advice without getting your hands dirty? No hands on work with this option.  After a tour of your space, we will create a customized action plan for your trouble areas.  $125 ($25 credit will be applied to any future package purchased)

Payment Options: Cash, Check, or Charge

Additional Organizers: Organizers, assistants and muscle can be added to projects as available.  We will work with you to figure out the best course of action and number of bodies. 

Travel restrictions: We work on the peninsula and in San Francisco, San Jose, and Lodi, CA.  Other locations will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a travel fee.  

Cancellation Policy: 48 hour cancellation required or a $30 fee is added to your next session; if using a voucher, the voucher will be forfeited (but paid value can be deducted from the cost of your next session).  We have a heart...if someone's in the hospital, we can negotiate.

Unused Hours: If you have unused hours at the end of a project, you may save them for a follow-up or gift them to a friend.
